I been feeling a need to clean out social networks and keep only what I am immediately focused on. I guess sometimes you need to simplify it and I know I got a bit more scattered as I attempted to pick up pieces and escape into a work aholic state.
I already have a todo list on my calendar but I oftentimes seem like I miss the goal. I struggle between itching to get it done but often can find myself without motivation and Im hard on myself because of it. Even with simple objects, I become frustrated when I run into a block, only to find another blockage that i have to fix first.
That said, should I bother using more time to organize myself into keeping daily goals? At least this guide is lenient and doesnt seem to pressure you one way or the other.
